Videos 16 and 17 had me smiling seeing as nothing has been happening for me in terms of relationships, so I am really intrigued as to what is going to happen now!

18, 19 and 20
- My father was a quiet, angry man. He spent most of his time out of the house and I seemed to be a constant source of irritation to him. So this video was really relevant and useful. I know he was a product of his upbringing; being one of nine kids in a poor household and having to stay home to bring up his siblings, he missed out on school and childhood. I have so much anger towards him and this video really helped me resolve that.

I have been resistant: to exercise, to this challenge, to eating healthily, to going out and mixing with people. I feel that recently I just want to be left alone and yet the daily demands of life still leave my brain buzzing without time to think so video 20 really was very timely.

Did 21-24. I seem to have just pulled away from any kind of relationship - at the moment it seems too much of an effort and now, with my mum, my socialising is somewhat curbed. However I am enjoying doing all the tapping and personal development and improving my relationship with myself and, I believe that as a result, a far far better relationship will come out of it when I am more fully aligned with what I want. So, it's all good.

I did feel quite a lot of dissociation going on in these videos, but that may be partly due to the background noise of the TV that my mum is watching downstairs. I miss my quiet time to do these videos, when she decides to get up early! However, I am sure that once we are settled in our new home, she will go back to sleeping in and I will get this time back to myself.

25 and 26 - I certainly am noticing my tendency to focus on the detail when it comes to my house sale: I keep calculating all the costs and how much money I will need to borrow when we move to cover my mortgage. Of course all I have to do is 'let go and let God' yet I think my ego has a challenge in how that relates to accepting responsibility for everything in my life.

I'm so glad y'all like the pay off mortgage early video. I just checked my account, and it now says "this loan is closed." Wow, that was a weird feeling! It kinda gave me butterflies. When I had a day job, and before I started a successful business, my expenses and income were balanced so that I would have been paying that loan for the full 30 years!! Now I am free of it. Wow. That's huge.
