Ah video 30 - Gratitude! A good one to focus on today as we are being bombarded with endless rain and another wet summer, yet that means the grass is green, so it's all good.

Erika, I will crack on with the Crown Chakra challenge before I set up the call if that's ok? That should help and then I should be in my new home in the next couple of weeks, so would be rather fitting to do the session from there

Back to 1 and 2. I avoid the news as much as I can as it is all doom and gloom about the economy, yet it still seeps through to me as my mum spends all day watching TV so avoiding it completely is not always as easy as it could be. However, 'expert' opinion is a load of baloney and no wonder we are in such a state when all these experts do is focus on the negative.

I also did PPC 1 and 2. I had written a polite note to the owner of next door (which I gave to his decorator as I have no contact details for him) explaining how the state of his garden (unattended for 13 years) was putting people off buying mine and asking if he could let me know what was happening so I could tell people. Well today I got a really curt reply saying the house was unoccupied due to 'private and personal reasons' and it is in 'immaculate condition' ( I didn't mention the house in my letter, and it has only been in that condition since the decorator arrived last week!. They also pointed out the work complied with its historic status unlike mine (one door probably doesn't but I couldn't see what that has to do with my letter to them) and they would resolve the garden issue. I felt like a naughty child and I wondered why that is? Hence going for PPC as I have no reason to feel small by the tone of their letter.

There's something in there about me always having to be in the wrong: that's probably because we were never allowed to contradict my Dad, he had to be right, even when he was wrong.

Videos 3 and 4 of AC this morning: I had a conversation with a fellow coach on Monday who is considering a VA, yet was talking about using one from India, as they are a third of the price of VAs here. I felt uncomfortable with that. It occurred to me while tapping this morning that, why shouldn't people here use coaches in India if they are also so much cheaper? It seems she is coming from the old scarcity mindset, which is ironic as she is financially in a superior place to me at the moment.

Did 3 and 4 of PPC - doing this alongside AC seems to make them both more powerful! Felt less resistance to being more powerful. Hoorah!

OK HUGE thing happened today... the people we are buying the house from have pulled out, which means my mum has to move out of her house next week and into my small cottage, with stairs that are really dangerous for her being elderly and an upstairs bathroom.

The people who own the house we are buying are refusing to speak with the agent or try and come up with a solution, so the whole chain of houses has collapsed.

Thanks to HBR I am surprisingly calm about all this, which is good. I know there is a reason behind this so am refusing to get drawn into the drama, but it is annoying to say the least, because they were totally inflexible on the move dates and now they have said the date they insisted on no longer suits them! I feel that the universe will no doubt have something to say about that, if they are acting out of integrity. I am sure you have a much more sensible system in the USA which doesn't allow this sort of thing to happen!

What is really holding you back from moving?

These obstacles do not show up unless there is fear of change or fear of something ...

And yes it is true everything happens for a reason. Sometimes part of the reason is that the obstacle is showing us where we are no congruent with our stated desire.

The only thing that comes up is that this house is at the top of our price range, yet it fits all our requirements better than even more expensive houses and, having my mum live with me in my tiny house is not something I want for any length of time.

I think it is more around how I can make sure I meet all the costs of running it, looking after my mum and develop a business that fits in with this lifestyle and gives me time for myself. Which makes me wonder why I didn't get her house sale to fall through as well in that case!

Today I did videos 5 and 6 and it seemed appropriate that I saw some headline that the Bank of England printed an extra £50billion notes! So, I had to smile when Erika said about money being infinite!

I did PPC 5 and 6 too. Something that is coming up is how I tend to expect people to get on and do their job and not chase them too much as I don't want to be pushy: my eldest brother had a bit of a go at me last night, saying I should have pushed for the exchange of contracts on the new house much earlier as, once that is done they cannot back out. I have to admit, in all my house buying/selling I have never been involved in a chain, so it was always straightforward. I didn't really think that someone who was pushing to move on a certain date would then pull out. I will be interested to hear what my solicitor has to say when I speak to her today.

Here's the thing. The videos are fantastic for clearing out hundreds of limiting beliefs, and for increasing conscious awareness of what your other limiting beliefs might be. But if there is a core belief you are not seeing and not clearing, then you can get stuck.

When you are getting chaotic results (such as the house sale falling through), you can be 100% certain that you are not congruent with your stated desire. You are psychologically reversed.

I am still hearing a responsibility piece in here. I do understand it's very tempting to think that somebody else is responsible for backing out of the contract or whatever. Ultimately, though, we are responsible for all results in our life. And how we choose to respond to that responsibility is going to determine our future results.

A very clear example of this is what led to my no refund policy, http://spiritualseduction.com/refund-policy. Was I pissed off with the clients involved for breaking their commitments (one of them quit literally about two days before her program started) and letting fear get the best of them, against the best interests of everyone involved? You bet I was pissed. The situation caused some significant inconveniences in my life, and I was also very angry with myself for going against my intuition and following external advice to offer refunds.

Well, I had two choices. I could blame them. Or I could tap out all my anger, and look at the big picture. I did the latter and changed my policies completely.

This year, as a result of me taking 100% responsibility for my own well-being, I have much greater stability in my business. In fact, I recently had my first and only credit card chargeback EVER, in a situation somewhat similar to the one last year. A man made the commitment and then "forgot" that he had committed, had all kinds of bullshit and excuses, was texting me past midnight and demanding free phone calls so he could "decide" whether to commit (even though he had already committed). It was outrageous behavior, and not something that I was going to tolerate.

So because of my policies, I was able to stand firm with him, and require him to either keep his original commitment or respectfully renegotiate with me, which he refused to do. He was my first and only chargeback ever. And the chargeback was just decided in my favor, probably in large part because of my unequivocal no refund policy.

It is NEVER someone else's fault. It is always an opportunity to get clarity about how we are blocking ourselves from having what we want in life. And what I am hearing here is a very deep need for some objective guidance (coaching) about these issues.
