RE: Abundance Challenge Diary by Ann
AC day 24 - now I tend to think that if we are manifesting all the time then anything we perceive as being 'unfair' has been created, so it can be recreated by us choosing to manifest something better. Me playing small is going to have no effect on Richard Branson or JK Rowling. How can I be a great philanthropist if I don't create a lot of money?
PPC 24 - another great complement to AC as being a philanthropist does create a lot of responsibility, yet this is good responsibility: much easier than the responsibility of being so poor that you worry where your next meal is going to come from. Another friend was moaning about his lack of money and I jokingly told him to buy a lottery ticket 'but I don't need 70 million' was his reply. Talk about small thinking. |

it is shocking to see how many people choose to be average as they like to put it. I can relate. I have hidden my life away and choosing to be powerful now, the way I was created to be, does tend to bring up the triggers. Others are a mirror. We are in this together, Ann. Way to be committed to tapping.

Thanks Elaine, I love reading your posts and how committed you are!
AC 25 - back in the 70's they said there was only enough oil to last 20 years... you have to laugh at that now. A great example of how to create a scarcity mindset. Man always finds new ways of doing things so something will replace oil at some point and we continue to produce more all the time - and it's the same with money. PPC 25 - Sometimes we keep ourselves small by not embracing our gifts, but it occurred to me that we all have amazing talents which have usually been repressed by our upbringing and being discouraged from showing how 'special' we are. |

AC 26 - Receiving always brings up those words from mass growing up "Lord I am not worthy to receive you.." which explains why receiving is such a challenge, having had it ingrained that we are not worthy. But I also love the quote "Nothing unworthy of God is worthy of you" as that is a great reframe.
PPC 26 - this is so important to me as my family have a history of not being confrontational, walking away, giving the silent treatment and all that does is leave you with an outcome you don't want and which leaves you feeling frustrating and powerless. One of my biggest challenges is saying what I want and also stating when I am unhappy about something without getting sarcastic, defensive or angry. |

Hi Ann, yeah did you see the recent article about NOT walking away and sticking with it so that you can midwife a happy outcome?

Erika, I thought I had read it and then I went on the page and realised I hadn't - it is a superb piece and I think it is great that you made those points and also shared what you are doing differently now. I can think of a couple of situations in my life when I really wish I had stood up and said something and will definitely apply this more in the future (I did do it with the Dr when I was unhappy about the side-effects of my mum's medication and I am glad I did as she could have ended up seriously injured or dead if she had kept on falling over thanks to the medication she had been given).
BTW I LOVE the whole design of post-feminine, it is a fantastic site and has a brilliant feel about it! |

RE: Abundance Challenge Diary by Ann
I'm loving how combining the AC and PPC is working: when I took my mum to meet her new Dr I asked for her vitamin D levels to be tested as I felt sure they must be low as she rarely goes out. Her new Dr replied "There's been a lot about it in the press but usually I wouldn't expect to give her anything". I still insisted and, guess what, she is now on supplements as her levels were very low! When I collected her prescription the guy in front was complaining as they couldn't find his, and he turned to me and said 'can no pharmacy get this right?'.Normally I would have kept quiet, but this time I said how happy I was with this pharmacy as they had got all my mum's medication spot on the first time, after two years of mess-ups at her old chemists. He looked surprised and then concurred that I had a point.
And today my new bed arrived! I am going to donate my futon to charity as it is in pristine condition and they will come and collect it next week. |

AC 27 - I love the Pizza order example in this. I have this habit of doing everything myself, especially if I have guests over as I want them to have a nice time and not have to do the washing up, plus my kitchen is really small so having more than one person in it presents a challenge. I am determined to change this when I move and I will also have a dishwasher so that will reduce the amount of work I have to do!
PPC 27 - Joy wasn't something we had much of in my house: when my dad came home the atmosphere would change and we would tiptoe around so as not to upset him, which didn't seem to be unusual in those days. I was always much freer and happier when he went out of the house. A great night's sleep on my bed, even though I keep being woken up by people outside as this room is much noisier than my bedroom as it is on the main road. My biggest challenge is finding time to tap as once my mum hears me she wants to get up. I thought this morning I was doing ok but halfway through the first video she called for me to help her and then, thirty seconds back into it she was calling me again! I know it will be easier in the new house as she will be able to move around on her own, so this is just temporary. Hmmm, wonder how I can find the joy in this?! |

AC 28 - I certainly used to get angry with God on a regular basis and seem to remember saying 'It's not fair' on a regular basis! I am now finally learning to let go and know God is abundance and trust is important.
PPC28 - Communication is such an important factor in relationships with everyone and I know I don't always get it right as I 'assume' things which of course I don't know. It fits in well with abundance as those who communicate well attract abundance; that all makes perfect sense. Jamie Oliver's team asked me to submit my idea! Plus I am on Evan Carmichael's top 100 women entrepreneurs to follow on Twitter, so I need to get back on as all that tweeting in recent months obviously worked! |

Did 29 and 30 for AC and PPC - lots of gratitude and it is great to celebrate: I sometimes think I have forgotten how to have fun and yet, watching the Olympics has really reminded me what celebration is all about.
